Andrea Creighton - President

Andrea has over 25 years in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and office management. She has a wide range of experience in the banking, manufacturing, and medical professions. She previously worked in HR and Management for Pirelli Cable Systems (now Prysmian/Draka). She has also managed individual medical practices where she was responsible for operations, HR, insurance negotiations, and billing. Outside of her professional career, Andrea is involved with her church, volunteering with the public school system, and spending time with her family.

Allen Creighton, Vice President

Allen has been a practicing attorney for nearly 25 years. During that time he has been a partner in private practice and served as General Counsel for a multinational manufacturing company. While in private practice, Allen represented numerous small and medium size companies in manufacturing, distribution, and telecommunications. His practice areas included regulatory, international transactional, and general corporate. He is eager to assist each of our valuable customers to find the appropriate, most cost effective solutions to their telecommunication needs. Allen is also very involved with the local community and has served on the board of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Upstate Forever (an environmental protection organization), and numerous other civic organizations. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Steve Lawrence, Operations Manager/Account Manager

Steve had 15 years of experience in distribution management and supply chain resourcing before joining NovaLight Telecom Supply. His original focus was in establishing warehouse and shipping resources and procedures for the company. As operations manager he developed experience with all aspects of business management from accounts payable/receivable to payroll processing. After joining the NovaLight Telecom sales team, Steve developed national sales accounts and gained more experience in purchasing and manufacturer relations. A graduate of Kennesaw State University, he enjoys the culture and mountain living of North Georgia and raising his family through all of the opportunities provided by his local community and church.

Bob Conley, Account Manager

Bob Conley joined NovaLight Telecom Supply in February 2015 after working as a manufacturer’s representative for voice, data and security products for nine years. Some of the manufacturers he represented included Hitachi Cable, OCC, Prysmian, CCT, and Snake Tray. Bob has extensive knowledge of customer premise, telecom closet and outside plant products as well as experience at providing MDSI training. Bob brought with him a total of nineteen years of sales and customer service experience for which he won several awards and recognition. He is very sensitive to the need for timely responses to requests for quotes and information and works hard to exceed your expectations.

Bobbie Proctor, Account Manager

Bobbie has been in the telecom business for 46 years working for Contel, GTE, Verizon, Telephone Tools of Georgia, and NovaLight Telecom Supply. At Contel/GTE/Verizon she worked her way up from file clerk to customer service to inside sales. She has extensive experience in material purchasing and inventory management. She has worked with customers across the country, in the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, St. Thomas and other Caribbean nations and countries. At Contel, she also served as the Publishing Manager in the Marketing Department where she was responsible for printing the 2500 affiliate and 25,0000 non-affiliate catalogs. Bobbie possesses a business degree from Brenau University and has earned her RCDD Certification. Over the 35 years working with Contel/GTE/Verizon, Bobbie earned highest sales and employee of the quarter several times. Bobbie came to work for Georgia Telecom as an Account Manager 3 years ago. She loves working with her customers and helping them to succeed. She is a proud native of Hickory, NC and has lived in Atlanta since 1977 where she enjoys spending time with her family.

Laurie Ashford, Account Manager

Laurie has been with NovaLight Telecom Supply for eight years. She strives hard every day to help her customers make the most informed choice for their telecommunications investment. She believes that every customer deserves great service and the best products and the best price available. One of the things she enjoys the most about working for NovaLight Telecom Supply is constantly learning something new in the vast changing technology of telecommunications daily. Laurie’s past career positions in customer service and retail have given her an appreciation for what it takes to provide great customer service. Working with potential customers and earning their trust is big part of why Laurie likes working in sales. Laurie’s faith and family are most important to her. She enjoys volunteering for various out- reach programs including home assistance and the Upwards programs. Laurie’s hobbies include riding her Harley, trout fishing, and hiking.

Linda Rolles, Account Manager

Linda Rolles has been in the telecommunications business for years 30+ years having worked for GTE Supply/Verizon Logistics, Walker and Associates, Inc., and Superior Essex. Within these organizations she has served in numerous capacities including Inside Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Analyst/Liaison, and Systems Support Analyst. Her sales positions reinforced her professionalism, technical knowledge and organizational skills. She enjoys helping customers succeed by providing an excellent level of customer service throughout the sales cycle. She is committed to detail and accuracy for complete customer satisfaction. Linda received her BSBA degree from Shorter University. She enjoys boating, scuba diving, equestrian and sport events, and spending time with family and friends.

Jill Hogan, Sales Representative

Jill started her career in telecommunications distribution with purchasing and inventory control at Executone -Atlanta in 1984. She later became tenured in inside sales with Alltel- Atlanta; purchasing with Contel - Atlanta; purchasing and sales with GTE Supply -Atlanta; and sales with Verizon Logistics. Jill's awards include Alltel's Best Sales Rep Q4 in 1987; GTE's Highest Revenue Award ($28-million) in 2000; and Verizon's MVP Award in Q2, 2001. Jill and Ernie started NovaLight Telecom Supply in February 2002 and built the company to the success that it is today before selling NovaLight Telecom Supply in early 2014. As the former owner of NovaLight Telecom Supply, Jill continues to serve her clients with sales, world class customer service and technical support.

Ernie Hogan, Sales Representative

Ernie began his telecommunications career with Anixter – Los Angeles in October 1973 as warehouseman, purchasing, and finally inside sales. In April of 1980, Ernie joined OSP contractor Voltelcon in El Segundo, CA as Purchasing and Operations Support. In August of 1986 he accepted a job with OSP contractor Burnup and Sims (now Mastec) in Pomona, CA in purchasing, inventory management, and project estimating. In August of 1990, Ernie joined GTE Supply as Sales Representative and a year later moved with the company to Atlanta. Ernie earned his RCDD certification and BSBA degree while with GTE Supply. Promoted to Quotations Specialist and Technical Support in 1995 Ernie enjoyed an11-year tenure with GTS Supply. In February 2002 Ernie and Jill Hogan started NovaLight Telecom Supply and built the company to employ 10 people and serve over 1,000 clients.
